YOUR CLIENT’S CONFIDENCE MATTERS

More understanding.
A better conversation.

When a buyer understands the findings, you can spend the next conversation on what those findings mean for their plans. Our role is to make the inspection clear and keep your client’s questions at the center.

Clients who can ask with confidence

We explain the observations in plain language, so an unfamiliar term or photo does not leave your buyer guessing. Their questions are welcome.

Useful findings for the next step

Photos and documented concerns give you a starting point for purchase discussions. Recommended specialist follow-up helps identify questions to resolve before the client decides.

Clarity around the inspection milestone

Talk directly with our team about the deadline, access and report timing. We confirm the appointment details so you and your client know what to expect.

Same-day report for Pre-Purchase Inspections. Your buyer receives photos and explanations they can discuss with you, with questions welcome.

A USEFUL START FOR YOUR NEXT CLIENT CONVERSATION

Three questions to take into the inspection.

Share this short guide with your buyer when you discuss the appointment. It helps turn the report into a focused conversation.

  1. What did we observe? Start with the photos and explanations, including any areas that could not be inspected.
  2. What needs another opinion? Identify recommended specialist evaluations and discuss when they can happen.
  3. What matters to your decision? Help your client connect the findings to their plans, questions for the seller and purchase deadline.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PURCHASE

Protect the trust
they place in you.

A home inspection can bring up questions your client did not know to ask. We give those questions space, describe what we observed and explain where another professional should take a closer look.

Our findings remain independent. You guide the purchase conversation; we help your client understand the inspection. Together, those distinct roles support an informed decision.

WORKING TOGETHER

A thoughtful handoff,
from the start.

Bring us into the conversation with your client’s priorities in mind. The practical details help us make the visit more useful for the people buying the home.

Talk through a client’s property
  1. Start with their questions

Share the property, inspection deadline and concerns from the showing. We help identify the inspection and any separate reports to consider.

  2. Make the visit count

Agree access, selected services and report timing with our team. Confirm with your client how they want the report shared and who they authorize to receive it.

  3. Leave room for the next conversation

Invite your buyer to ask us about the findings. You guide purchase discussions, while appropriate specialists evaluate repair needs and costs.

QUESTIONS FROM AGENTS

Before you introduce us
to your client.

Can I arrange the inspection for my buyer?

Yes. You can begin in our onsite scheduler or talk with the team. Confirm the client’s selected services, property details and authorization, and review the appointment before submitting.

When will my buyer receive the report?

Pre-Purchase Inspection reports are delivered the same day. Confirm the expected timing of any separate services or laboratory results with our team, and leave room for questions before the client’s deadline.

Can we talk through a finding after the inspection?

Yes. Your buyer can ask us to explain an observation, its location and the recommended follow-up. We do not decide the purchase terms or promise seller concessions; you guide those discussions with your client.

How do we arrange insurance reports?

Ask the buyer’s insurance agent which reports the carrier needs, then confirm the services included in the quote. 4 Point and Wind Mitigation have different purposes.

Where do you work with buyers and agents?

Our teams serve Central Florida, Broward and Palm Beach. Find your community, or ask us to confirm coverage for the property address.
