Fair, honest and independent
Damngood’s published ethical commitments reference the InterNACHI Code of Ethics. It requires members to act fairly, honestly and impartially, in good faith with the public and in the client’s interests.
The code addresses conflicts of interest, referral compensation, written service agreements, confidentiality, licensing and continuing education.

Ask us to explain an observation, its limits and the next person to consult. A finding should help you make a decision; it should not be softened or exaggerated to influence a transaction.
Review the written inspection agreement before the visit. It identifies the services, fees and limitations that apply to your property.
