For Wind Mitigation, Florida’s completed form is valid for up to five years if the structure has no material changes and the form has no inaccuracies. The April 2026 form applies to new inspections; it does not automatically invalidate a qualifying older inspection. Share the date and any changes with your insurance agent. Ask separately about a 4 Point report’s requirements.
