Rather than relying on a price range published for another year or market, request a written quote for the home you are considering.
Give enough detail for an accurate comparison
Share the address, approximate size and age, property type and inspection deadline. Mention pools, detached buildings and special equipment. Include the exact wording of any insurer or builder request so the team can distinguish the reports you need.
