Exterior
Inspector will inspect and document the perimeter and the exterior of the house. If you have shutters (panels or accordion) please provide inspector the documentation of the installation to possibly get the maximum discount.
Windows and Doors
Windows and doors will be inspected and documented. If you have “Hurricane Impact” windows and door, please provide inspector the documentation to possibly get the maximum discount.
Garage Door
Your garage door will also be inspected and documented. Again, if you had a “Hurricane Impact” installed, provide inspector with the documentation to possibly get the maximum discount.
Roof Covering
Roof covering (outside) and roof anchoring (inside /attic) will be inspected and documented as part of your Wind Mitigation Inspection. Roofs retrofitted or installed after 2002 may qualify for maximum discount depending on the installation.
